1. Service Fees Service fees are based on selected service packages or customized agreements. Fees must be agreed upon before services begin.

2. Payments

• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated

• Payment methods will be communicated upon service agreement

• Late payments may result in service suspension

3. Maintenance & Repairs Maintenance and repair costs are separate from service fees. Client approval is required before any work is conducted, except in emergencies.

4. Emergency Situations In emergencies posing risk to property, Homelink Grenada may act in the client's best interest and notify the client as soon as possible.
