• Approve costs before repairs are initiated

• Maintain valid communication details

4. Access Authorization Clients authorize Homelink Grenada to access their property solely for agreed services. Access does not grant ownership or tenancy rights.

5. Limitation of Liability Homelink Grenada is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property conditions

• Acts of third-party contractors

• Natural disasters or acts of God

• Delays beyond our control
